Where would we shoot our photos?
Unless you're booking a mini-session, the location is completely up to you!
With that being said, I do have a list of "favorite spots" to share if you want suggestions.
If you're interested in a location 30+ minutes outside of the Twin Cities there is an extra fee - but we can chat about that if you're interested.
Will you help me pose?
Of course! I am there to help you look and feel your best. You can count on me to tell you if you're slouching or if a hair is sticking up or if your left arm looks awkward.
Can I bring my dog?
YES x1000. I love furry family members and am always game for them joining us.
With that being said, some locations do not allow dogs, so just give me a heads up if you'd like to bring your pup! I also have a few tips for making photos with your doggo successful:
1. Please bring a leash if you don't want them in all your photos. This way, we can tie them up close-by and not worry about them running around.
2. It helps to bring a toy with noise so I can squeek it to get their attention.
3. If your dog is motivated by food, this is also a great way for me to get their attention.
How do I get my photos?
I deliver photos digitally using an online gallery called Pixieset. It's super easy to use, and great for sharing with friends and family!
You're able to download the photos from the gallery to your phone, computer, or tablet as much as you want, whenever you want!
When will I receive my photos?
Great question! It depends how long the session was. I always send a couple previews within a day or two of your session.
Typically, you can expect to receive the full gallery of photos within 14 days.
Weddings are a little different timeline - we'll chat about that in our 1:1 session or you can email me for more information.
Can I order prints from you?
Unfortunately, I do not currently have a print vendor I work with.
Good news: your package comes with a print release - so you're able to have your photos printed wherever you would like!
Can I share my photos on social media?
Yes! I would LOVE for you to share your photos on social media. If you're willing to, I would love for you to tag my business account (@lizzyfaschingphotography).
Do you retouch blemishes?
Yes, I do! I will bring down any redness in your face and retouch any blemishes you have.
How do I pay you?
I currently accept cash, check or Venmo payments. If you want to use a check, please make it out to "Lizzy Fasching" and if you want to use Venmo, my username is Lizzy-Fasching.
When do I pay you?
For any lifestyle or business sessions you'll pay me at the end of our time together! For weddings and engagement photos I have a different process - we'll chat about that together.
Can I bring props?
Of course! I love when my clients incorporate personal, sentimental, or fun items into their photos. It's always nice to have a heads-up if you're going to bring something, though!
What happens if we have bad weather?
My weather app and I are best friends at this point. I keep a close eye on the weather and in the case of rain, we'll look for an alternate day to reschedule!
If it is colder than expected (which is SO common in Minnesota... thinking back to the snow storm we had in October this year) we can make things work!
One suggestion I have for the late fall/early winter is to have everyone who will be in the photos bring jackets - that way, they can warm up as we're walking to different spots or taking a break.
Can we reschedule for illnesses?
Please do! I would never want anyone to be sick and feel obligated to do photos. We can absolutely reschedule if you aren't feeling well. I always appreciate as much notice as possible - so as soon as you're feeling like photos won't be an option, please reach out!
Are you willing to travel?
Yes! I am based in the Twin Cities, but am always willing to travel!
